Poppyseed Chicken
Ingredients
- 3-4 boneless, skinless chick breast halves
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 8 oz sour cream
- 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 2 tsp poppy seeds
Instructions

Cook chick breasts and cut into bite size pieces.

In a bowl, combine soup and sour cream. Stir well.

Add the chicken and pour into a 3qt baking dish.

In a separate bowl, pour melted butter over cracker crumbs. Add poppy seeds and mix well. Sprinkle on top of chicken mixture.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 - 35 minutes.
Notes
You can added cooked rice to the chicken mixture. You may need more of the soup/sour cream mixture.
