Ingredients

  • 3-4 boneless, skinless chick breast halves
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 2 tsp poppy seeds

Instructions

  1. Cook chick breasts and cut into bite size pieces.

  2. In a bowl, combine soup and sour cream. Stir well.

  3. Add the chicken and pour into a 3qt baking dish.

  4. In a separate bowl, pour melted butter over cracker crumbs. Add poppy seeds and mix well. Sprinkle on top of chicken mixture.

  5. Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 - 35 minutes.

Notes

You can added cooked rice to the chicken mixture. You may need more of the soup/sour cream mixture.
