Cornbread
Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup corn meal
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 T melted butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
Instructions

Beat eggs thoroughly. Add sugar and combine, then milk.

Add dry ingredients and half of melted butter and stir. (Melt butter by placing in round cake pan in oven, then remove pan and pour melted butter into batter, leaving a portion of the melted butter in the pan to grease it).

Bake at 400 - 425 degrees F for 20 minutes.
