Caramel Popcorn
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup popcorn kernels
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 3 T melted butter
- 1/3 cup water
- salt
Instructions

Pop kernels and salt lightly and place in large bowl.

In a sauce pan, combine brown sugar, melted butter and water. Bring to a low boil and continue to cook for 15 minutes, until mixture forms a soft ball. (Soft ball stage: Let a few drops of mixture drop from stirring sppon into a cup of cold water. Use finger to move drops around bottom of cup to see if it forms a soft ball.)

Pour hot mixture over popcorn. Stir until throgouhly coated.
