Sous Vide Pork Tenderloin
Ingredients
- 1 pork tenderloin (Hormel, vacuum sealed)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Place in sous vide circulator at 140 degrees fahrenheit for 2-4 hours.
Remove from circulator, open package, dry meat, rub with olive oil. Broil on high or cook over charcoal chimney starter until deep brown crust forms.
