Ingredients

  • 1 French or Tuscan loaf (La Brea recommended)
  • 2 roma tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • 8 slices provolone
  • Pesto (Costco brand recommended)
  • Butter

Instructions

Slice bread and spread butter on the outside of each sandwich. Place in a pan on medium heat. Add 1 slice provolone, pesto, and tomatoes, another slice provolone, and top with another slice bread. Cook until brown on both sides.
